Shares of Dutch Bros (BROS) are jumping today after analysts reacted positively to the company’s first-quarter earnings update. Five-star TD Cowen analyst Andrew Charles said that Dutch Bros is one of the few restaurant companies that is showing positive momentum. As a result, he believes that this will continue due to its growing mobile ordering rollout, a new food menu that will launch systemwide in 2026, and success in areas like advertising, drink innovation, and loyalty programs.

Separately, four-star UBS analyst Dennis Geiger was also optimistic, saying that Dutch Bros is well-positioned to keep growing its sales and gain market share. Indeed, he pointed to strong traffic trends, good performance from new stores, and expected EBITDA growth of more than 20% as reasons for potential earnings upside, and believes that these factors will continue to push the stock higher.
In addition, Morgan Stanley maintained its Overweight rating and $80 price target on BROS stock after calling its results one of the cleanest this earnings season. Analyst Brian Harbour said that while same-store sales were already known, overall revenue exceeded expectations due to new store openings. Moreover, costs were lower than expected, which helped improve the company’s overall performance.
